The Final Cut: Our first film, made in Yangjiang in spring of 2025. 

Time goes by so fast!

Just a year ago, our Kickstarter was fully funded and we started on this journey together, bringing Chinese Chef’s knives to cooks around the world. It sent us back to Yangjiang to begin production, and while we were there, we realised that we had to show more of this incredible and largely unseen city. We went back with a camera to capture this centre of Chinese knifemaking, and the energy that makes the city what it is. 

In this film we tell the story of who we are, where we came from and what we want to be. We made this film for you, to show you where your knives come from, and the incredible people that make them.
